DESCRIPTION: Design and construction of a detached dual occupancy (attached only at garage). The design comprised a brand new two story duplex, each including kitchen, family/dining room, four bedrooms, separate lounge area, laundry and double garage. The design was fully fitted with high end appliances, ducted air-conditioning and each were designed with landscaped grounds, including a fitted out undercover BBQ area and pergola.
