DESCRIPTION:Design and Construction of two storey split level, 116 Place Childcare Centre with basement parking for 32 vehicles and lift access stopping at 5 levels. This centre also includes two chef kitchens which can handle 5 meals a day, an 8- person passenger lift in the core of the building starting in the basement and ending on the top floor and state of the art networking and Wi-Fi technology. Designed and built outdoor play areas catering for toddlers, acoustic amenity and safety of toddlers. Purpose designed and built toddler bathroom facilities, Design and built indoor play areas, Basement parking for 32 vehicles and access for the disabled.
